The Tangub City Gymnasium is currently abuzz with enthusiasm as the Women’s Convention and Leadership Certification Level 4 unfolds. This event has brought together women from 500 churches across Western Mindanao, fostering a sense of unity, empowerment, and leadership development. Mrs. Alicia Guting, the directress of the Western Mindanao Conference (WMC) Women’s Department, has been the driving force behind this remarkable gathering.
The convention, which commenced on October 19, 2023, is set to conclude today, October 21, and has been marked by a series of transformative activities aimed at equipping women with essential leadership skills and empowering them to make a difference in their communities.
The theme of this year’s convention is “I Will Go: Reach My World”, reflecting the core objectives of the event. The Women’s Convention and Leadership Certification Level 4 seeks to provide women with the tools and knowledge necessary to take on leadership roles within their respective churches, communities, and beyond.
Mrs. Alicia Guting, a respected figure in Western Mindanao, has been the driving force behind the convention’s success. Her vision and dedication to women’s empowerment have inspired participants from all walks of life.
